Cindy is a breath of fresh air!! Went there on a recommendation from a waitress at the Winfield. Her husband Tony took off my dip powder while Cindy was doing another person’s nails. I had both a pedicure and a manicure, both of which turned out well. It did feel a bit rushed, and I noticed that the cut ends of my toenails were not polished which was quite noticable since my nails are thick. Also two of my fingernails were shaped a bit wonky. These are small issues, but do separate a manicure into good instead of great.
